Job summary

Miratech in Poland is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with hands-on Kubernetes production experience to design, operate, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows. You will own deployment platforms and help elevate reliability across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
• Experience with GitOps workflows using Flux or Argo CD.
• CI/CD pipeline optimization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and improve production-grade Kubernetes platforms.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes workloads, manifests, Helm charts, and deployment patterns.
• Implement and support GitOps workflows using Flux, Argo CD, or similar tools.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable, and secure application delivery.
• Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, networking, compute, storage, and application layers.
• Build automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, GCP, Windows, or hybrid environments.
• Manage Kubernetes networking, ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, secrets, and workload identity patterns.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with security teams to improve container, cluster, secrets, and supply-chain security.
• Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps, GitOps, and production operations best practices.
