Nasdaq Corporate Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Poland to design, build, and scale infrastructure powering the NTS Workbench product. You will collaborate across engineering, security, and operations while mentoring teams to adopt modern delivery patterns.

The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and secure infrastructure, with a hybrid work setup in Poland and opportunities for career growth within Nasdaq's structured framework.

Competenze

Hands-on experience with AWS as a cloud provider, Terraform/OpenTofu for infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes for container orchestration, and Datadog for monitoring and observability.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement cloud infrastructure and automation solutions at scale.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across engineering, security, and operations teams.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments and facilitating team ceremonies.
Background in fintech, capital markets, or regulated industry environments.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling the infrastructure that powers Nasdaq's NTS Workbench product and the engineering teams behind it.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure that supports high-quality product delivery across engineering teams.

The annual gross base pay for this role is zł169,000 - zł330,000. At Nasdaq, we use a structured job and career framework to make sure growth opportunities are clear and fair. The pay range you see reflects the full salary band for this job level, including room for progression over time. The actual offer will depend on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will fall within a portion of the posted range that's appropriate for this role.
