Nasdaq is seeking a Senior Software Engineer based in Poland to design, build, and evolve software powering Nasdaq's global technology platforms. You will report to the Head of Engineering and work across architecture, development, and delivery to create scalable, high-quality systems with real business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including design, development, testing, and implementation of complex solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and modify software across multiple platforms, ensuring compatibility, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture, application infrastructure, and software development lifecycle.
• Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

This position will be located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment, at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change.

The annual gross base pay for this role is zł169,000 - zł330,000. At Nasdaq, we use a structured job and career framework to make sure growth opportunities are clear and fair. The pay range you see reflects the full salary band for this job level, including room for progression over time. The actual offer will depend on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will fall within a portion of the posted range that’s appropriate for this role.
