Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior Depositary Analyst in Poland to support depositary controls, asset safekeeping, and cash flow monitoring in an international environment.

You will review data, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues, while expanding knowledge of UCITS V and AIFM frameworks. A minimum three days in the office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics/Finance or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in finance, banking, IT, custody or depositary.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform depositary controls related to asset safekeeping, cash flow monitoring, and oversight activities.
• Review and analyze data to identify exceptions, discrepancies, and potential risks.
• Ensure controls are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Investigate issues and work with internal teams and external partners to resolve them.
