State Street Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Fund Accounting professional to ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients and stakeholders. You will perform fund accounting processes, review components, and resolve inquiries with internal teams.

The role is hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office) with a strong emphasis on control, quality, and collaboration. This position offers development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilités

• Perform Fund Accounting processes, functions and controlling tasks with timely, accurate delivery.
• Review fund components and complete the Preparers’ checklist per standards.
• Liaise with internal clients and support other departments to obtain inputs.
• Resolve errors and discrepancies and identify control gaps.
• Provide timely, professional responses to inquiries.
• Keep Team Managers informed on daily progress and status of requests.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff as needed.
• Act on ad-hoc duties as assigned and pursue personal development.
