Job summary

State Street Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Data Operations Specialist to help manage client data capabilities within the Alpha Data Operations team. You will ensure data is delivered on time and of high quality, working with global colleagues to drive resilient data processes.

You will perform root cause analyses, support testing before go-live and post-production transitions, and contribute to product enhancements while collaborating with IT and service teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industry experience across Financial Services or Data fields.
• University degree in Data Management, Finance, Business or equivalent.
• SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with database systems.

Responsibilities

• Support data operations and ensure delivery to clients on time with high quality.
• Produce metrics daily and conduct root cause analysis of data issues.
• Support internal and client testing prior to go-live and post-production transitions with test plans and scripts.
• Contribute input on Alpha Data product enhancements and requirements.
• Collaborate with Alpha Data Implementation, Service Management and IT teams to share best practices and standardize processes.
