Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Depositary Analyst in Poland to contribute to asset safekeeping, cash flow monitoring, and regulatory oversight. You will review data for discrepancies, ensure controls meet regulatory standards, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes developing expertise in investment funds, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks, with an expectation of strong English communication and collaboration within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics / Finance or related; other educational background acceptable
• Analytical skills and attention to details
• Team skills, collaboration & listening
• Communication skills - verbal and written in English
• Good organizational skills and effective time management
• Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with UCITS V and AIFMD
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Professional Experience (1-2 years) in finance, banking, IT, custody or depositary.

As a Senior Depositary Analyst, you will:

Note

The role requires a minimum of three days a week working from office.

Minimum Salary

zł68 004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
