Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to own engagements from qualification through delivery, ensuring value realization and long-term partnerships.

You will coordinate Sales, Client Partners, Delivery, Solutions, and client stakeholders to translate commitments into high-quality execution. With hands-on experience in the insurance industry, you will guide multi-stream delivery, governance, and AI adoption in SDLC, while managing risks, scope changes, and regulatory considerations.

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting or digital delivery environments.
• Experience leading engagements across sales, delivery and client stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stream delivery and governance with a focus on value realization.

Join our team as a Senior Delivery Manager and play a key role as Engagement Lead, owning client relationships from initial engagement through successful delivery and value realization. Act as the single orchestration point between Sales, Client Partners, Delivery, Solutions and client stakeholders to ensure commercial commitments are translated into high-quality execution and long-term partnership.
