EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to join our team in Poland in a hybrid model across multiple Polish cities. You will drive AI and cloud transformation programs for leading insurance organizations, shaping EPAM’s presence in European markets.

You will engage with C-level stakeholders, lead strategy workshops, and translate complex tech into business value stories while ensuring regulatory alignment across GDPR, DORA, and Solvency II contexts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry or consulting experience with cloud platforms.

We're looking for a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to join our team in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław, or Warsaw, Poland, in a hybrid working mode.As part of EPAM's growing Insurance Business Unit, you will work in a high-visibility, client-facing role that drives AI and cloud transformation programs for leading insurance organizations.
