Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Poland seeks a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to drive AI and cloud transformation programs for major insurance clients across Poland and Europe.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, lead architecture reviews and workshops, and translate complex tech concepts into business value. You will shape AI strategies, enable GenAI tooling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA, Solvency II) while traveling up to 30–40%

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry or consulting experience.
• 5+ years working with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Expertise in AI strategy and GenAI/LLM-based solutions.

We're looking for a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to join our team in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław, or Warsaw, Poland, in a hybrid working mode.As part of EPAM's growing Insurance Business Unit, you will work in a high-visibility, client-facing role that drives AI and cloud transformation programs for leading insurance organizations.
