Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a delivery leadership professional to steer the digital commerce roadmap across multiple teams and vendors. You will govern planning, budgets, and releases while accelerating value for customers and optimizing operational flow.

The role requires deep e-Commerce and Agile leadership experience, stakeholder management, and strong familiarity with Jira, Confluence, AEM, and Hybris CMS. A university degree and 5+ years in related fields are expected.

Qualifications

University degree in a related field.
5+ years in e-Commerce, PM/Delivery/Agile leadership.
Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts and large product portfolios.
IT skills with Jira, Confluence, AEM and Hybris CMS.
People management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the digital commerce roadmap with cross-functional partners.
Coordinate delivery across product, platform teams and vendors; manage risks and releases.
Establish governance, planning, reporting and budget management processes.
Drive delivery performance, quality, and customer value across the e-commerce ecosystem.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement within Agile practices.
