Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Krakow, Poland, is seeking a Senior Engineer for the WBS-2 Structural Modules Delivery Stream. The role coordinates procurement, delivery, and turnover of structural module equipment across projects within the APX Large Structures portfolio.

You will report to the Senior Manager, WBS-2 Structural Modules, and operate in a hybrid model with two days in the office. A strong technical background and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering; advanced degree or professional engineering credentials.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in engineering, procurement, project management, manufacturing, supplier development, or a related technical field.
• Experience with AP1000, nuclear-grade fabrication, large structural modules, pressure boundary components, or other complex engineered equipment would be beneficial.
• Experience in supporting sound technical decisions in supplier, project, manufacturing, and customer environments.
• Experience working with teams and influencing partners without direct reporting authority.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical, commercial, and delivery risks to project teams, management, and customer partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical, procurement, supplier development, and delivery execution across the full lifecycle.
• Support pre-purchase and post-purchase order planning and execution.
• Provide technical input for supplier identification, evaluation, down-selection, and negotiations.
• Translate requirements into clear supplier execution expectations and plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to manage risk, schedule, and quality.
