Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Kraków, Poland, seeks an Advanced Project Manager to plan and build scopes for AP1000 reactor delivery. You will join the Poland AP1000 Project Engineering team and report to the Senior Program Manager.

You will plan, execute, monitor and close projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to baselines, with strong focus on governance, risk, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• PMI PMP certification (obtained, in process, or willing to obtain).
• 5–10 years of project management experience in EPC, Oil, Gas, Chemical, Nuclear.
• Experience leading medium to high complexity projects.
• Ability to build networks across functions and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of PMI's PMBOK.
• Familiar with P6, SAP, ARM and Earned Value Management.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication; able to lead complex teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Independent and team-oriented with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects by developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Execute, monitor and control projects to ensure profitability.
• Manage all aspects: scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project process metrics and status communications.
• Close projects by archiving docs and evaluating quality.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to drive completion.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
