Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Kraków, Poland seeks a Principal Engineer, WBS-2 Structural Modules Delivery Stream, to provide senior technical and execution leadership across procurement, delivery and turnover of structural module equipment.

The role drives the technical strategy through the full lifecycle of projects in the APX Large Structures portfolio, reporting to the Senior Manager and working in a hybrid model with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering; advanced degree or professional engineering credentials.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in engineering, procurement, project management, manufacturing, or supplier development.
• Experience with AP1000, nuclear-grade fabrication or large structural modules is beneficial.
• Experience influencing partners and making technical decisions without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier planning, execution, and turnover of structural module equipment across projects.
• Establish and drive technical strategy across lifecycle including procurement and supplier readiness.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to align execution strategies and manage risks.
• Provide senior-level schedule insight and delivery risk assessments for customer commitments.
