teems.it sp. z o.o. poszukuje doświadczonego data scientist, który projektuje i wdraża modele ML w środowiskach produkcyjnych. Do zadań należy tworzenie rozwiązań opartych na Pythonie i TensorFlow, z orientacją na praktyczne zastosowania w projektach międzynarodowych.

Qualifications

• Ponad 5 lat doświadczenia w data science w środowiskach produkcyjnych.
• Udokumentowana skuteczność wdrożeń modeli ML do produkcji.
• Silne umiejętności Python i TensorFlow.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2.

Responsibilities

• Projektować i wdrażać algorytmy rankingowe i modele danych.
• Przekształcać cele biznesowe w rozwiązania Data Science w produkcji.
• Prowadzić eksperymenty online, mierzyć wpływ i iterować.
• Współpracować z analitykami przy testowaniu nowych podejść algorytmicznych.
• Kodować, testować i wdrażać modele do systemów produkcyjnych.
• Uczestniczyć w codziennych sprintach i praktykach Agile.

Wymagania:

Must-have:

• 5+ years of professional data science experience in live business environments
• Proven track record of shipping ML models into production
• Strong ownership mindset and product curiosity
• Strong Python and TensorFlow skills
• Openness to utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and quickly adapt to new technological trends
• Fluent English (B2) for technical and team communication

Nice-to-have:

• Search, ranking, or recommendation experience in e-commerce
• Experience with methods and models related to product search and ranking
• Experience in e-commerce
• Solid math or statistics background

• Design and deploy product ranking algorithms and data models
• Turn business goals into production-ready Data Science solutions
• Run live experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly
• Work with analytics to test and validate new algorithmic approaches
