Job summary

LEAD North, LLC is seeking a Software Integration Engineer for a remote, exempt full-time role. The position focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining healthcare data integration solutions using HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, X12, and custom XML.

Salary ranges from $70,000 to $130,000, with pay reflecting skill, education, responsibilities, experience, and market. Candidates will work on interfaces, data mapping, validation, and deployment while adhering to HIPAA and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, X12, and custom XML standards.
• Experience with InterSystems platforms and tools (IRIS for Health, Health Connect, HealthShare).
• Knowledge of InterSystems Caché and SQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions based on requirements.
• Configure and maintain interfaces to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Map and transform data between systems to maintain data integrity.
• Test, validate, and deploy integrations; provide ongoing support.
• Communicate with project teams and clients to understand requirements.
