Job summary

OEC in Poland is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to analyze product, market, CRM, and performance data, build reports and dashboards with BI tools, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, eLearning, and Product teams to boost adoption and engagement.

The role emphasizes translating complex data into executive-ready insights, guiding leadership decisions, and mentoring colleagues while improving data tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in data, business, and/or process analysis.
• Translating complex multi-source data into executive-ready insights and narratives.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and querying databases with SQL.
• Ability to translate trends into actionable business recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identifies reporting needs and automates recurring reports with cross-functional teams.
• Turns business data into real-time insights and engagement opportunities.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to refine requirements.
• Designs automated reports and dashboards that reveal performance trends.
• Mentors colleagues and champions improvements to data tools and processes.
