Qualifications

• Expertise in Data Governance & Data Management within large organizations
• Ability to translate governance concepts into practical guidance and training materials
• Proven track record designing governance frameworks and operating models
• Strong communication, stakeholder facilitation and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Create implementation guidance: playbooks, workflows, templates and examples
• Shape governance capabilities: define processes, artifacts and enabling tools
• Support domain implementation with delivery teams to apply the model
• Evolve governance model to changing needs and interfaces with VG structures
• Build adoption and maturity: onboard learning materials, assess gaps, capture lessons
