Sii is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a pharmaceutical project. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms that support advanced analytics and business decision-making across markets worldwide.

This role contributes to a modern data platform used across diverse teams and environments, delivering high‑quality, data‑driven solutions on a global scale. You will build and maintain data pipelines using Python, apply object‑oriented design and design patterns,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python development skills and Pandas data processing.
• Hands-on AWS experience: Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions.
• Experience in Agile teams and modern software development practices.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a modern Data Engineering platform supporting analytics.
• Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using Python.
• Build reliable data pipelines following object-oriented design principles.
• Collaborate with agile cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Support platform migrations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within data processing pipelines.
