Jit Team in Poland is seeking a Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines for Recovery Data Management. You will work in a hybrid setup across Gdynia, Gdansk, and Warsaw, delivering end-to-end data solutions and collaborating with business stakeholders and tech teams.

The role requires 4+ years of data engineering experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Proven experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Strong data modelling skills and experience designing scalable and resilient data pipelines.
• Experience with API integrations and modern data architectures.
• Solid software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end deliveries.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models and resilient data pipelines.
• Own deliveries end-to-end, from requirements and implementation through testing and production deployment.
• Build and optimize data solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Integrate data from enterprise APIs and other data sources.
• Drive automation and apply modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Ensure the long-term maintainability, stability, and reliability of delivered solutions.
