Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (GCP BigQuery, DBT) in Krakow to drive the data platform for analytics, compliance and AI initiatives. You will own ingestion, transformation and reliability, working within a squad under the Data Engineering Team Lead.

You will build batch and real-time pipelines on GCP, ensure data quality, and contribute to engineering best practices, including CI/CD and data governance in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Production-grade data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery) experience.
• Experience with Apache Kafka or similar streaming tech.
• Knowledge of DBT and Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) patterns.
• Experience in regulated financial services with data governance, lineage and audit trails.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate data pipelines powering analytics, compliance and AI.
• Own data quality with data contracts, quality checks and observability.
• Develop and maintain in-house connectors and third‑party integrations.
• Contribute to engineering best practices through code reviews, CI/CD and change control.
