Job summary

CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate large-scale data center networks across multiple sites. You will lead automation-driven deployments, validate readiness, and troubleshoot complex control and data plane issues, including optics and cabling.

The role requires 7+ years in network engineering, deep BGP knowledge, and experience with spine-leaf fabrics. Collaboration with DC ops and engineering teams is essential for reliable, scalable production

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Experience managing data center network fabrics (Clos / spine-leaf).
• Deep understanding of BGP (required), EVPN / VXLAN (preferred).
• Experience deploying or operating large-scale network infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of automation and scripting (Python preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting across multiple layers (L1-L3+).
• Experience with network hardware and optics/cabling.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy large-scale data center networks across data centers.
• Automate network provisioning and validation processes.
• Plan, deploy, operate, and scale spine-leaf fabrics.
• Coordinate with data center technicians to execute builds.
• Validate network readiness before production traffic.
• Troubleshoot control plane and data plane issues, including optics.
• Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and deployment procedures.
• Mentor junior team members and improve deployment workflows.
