Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate large-scale data center networks in a fast-growing environment. You will work on Clos/spine-leaf fabrics across multiple data centers, driving automation and scalable deployment workflows.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in network engineering, strong BGP/EVPN knowledge, and hands-on experience with routers, switches, QSFP optics, and fiber. Warsaw-based role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Experience managing data center network fabrics (Clos / spine-leaf).
• Deep understanding of BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, routing and switching fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, operate and scale multi-tier data center network fabrics across data centers.
• Lead end-to-end network deployments with focus on blast-radius awareness, rollback planning, and safety.
• Automate configuration generation, validation, and troubleshooting using Python or similar tools.
• Collaborate with automation, DC ops, and engineering teams to improve deployment workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation and runbooks.
