Qualifications

10+ years leading data platform and/or data engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Deep hands-on experience with Databricks including Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog and related tooling.
Fluency in English and ability to communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the data platform with Databricks as the primary engine.
Lead platform reliability, scalability, and cost management in a federated environment.
Collaborate with governance, data products, and enterprise programs to align platform capabilities with strategy.
Mentor 4–7 data engineers and platform engineers and drive engineering excellence.
