Job summary

Nord Security in Warsaw seeks a data analytics professional to transform raw financial and operational data into reliable, well-documented datasets for group-wide use. You will automate reporting, analyze KPIs, and deliver insights to senior stakeholders, partnering with finance, operations and engineering to standardize data definitions and processes.

The role requires advanced SQL, experience with dbt and BI platforms (Power BI/Looker), and strong communication across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a data analytics role, preferably supporting group finance or operations.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with readable, maintainable queries.
• Proven record turning complex datasets into business decisions with reporting in a modern BI tool (Power BI/Looker).
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dbt models transforming raw data into reliable datasets for group use.
• Deliver and automate standardized and ad hoc reports with minimal manual effort.
• Analyze KPIs to identify root causes and trends, translating findings for senior stakeholders.
• Design and maintain data structures, models, dashboards, and visualizations for group reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and engineering to standardize data definitions and processes across the group.
