Job summary

Danone is seeking a CERT Analyst to investigate and coordinate cybersecurity incidents, strengthening the organization's cyber defense by identifying detection gaps and improving response procedures. The role combines incident management with detection engineering and threat hunting within a global FMCG IT environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years in SOC/CERT roles, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a SOC, CERT, or similar cybersecurity role.
• Proven experience in security incident analysis and management.
• Experience in incident response methodologies, including containment, eradication, and recovery.

Short Intro and About the Job

This position is focused on the investigation and management of cybersecurity incidents that may impact Analyst the company, its employees, data, or business operations. The CERT Analyst acts as the organization's cyber incident investigator and coordinator. When a cybersecurity event occurs, such as a malware infection, account compromise, data leakage, phishing campaign, or unauthorized access, the analyst leads the investigation to determine the scope, root cause, impact, and remediation actions required. The role is primarily reactive, ensuring that cybersecurity incidents are contained and resolved effectively while minimizing business disruption. In addition, the analyst contributes to strengthening the organization's cyber defense by identifying detection gaps, improving response procedures, and sharing lessons learned from investigations.

Internal position titile: IT&Data Senior Product Analyst (Cybersecurity - CERT)

Key responsibilities:

Incident response (Main role):

• Manage cybersecurity incidents end to end.
• Document findings and improve incident response procedures and tooling.
• Support major incidents and cyber crisis management.
• Support SOC analyst when required.

Detection engineering & Threat hunting (Secondary role):

• Identify detection gaps and build detection use cases
• Test and maintain the detection catalogue ensuring a low false positive rate.
• Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to increase visibility across the environment.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting.

About You

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a SOC, CERT, or similar cybersecurity role.
• Proven experience in security incident analysis and management.
• Experience in incident response methodologies, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Problem-solving skills and good resistance to pressure and crisis situations.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional certifications such GCIH, GCFA are a plus.
