Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior Full Stack / Cross-Stack Solution Architect – Microsoft Cloud Presales to join Europe cloud growth, based out of Poland.

You will lead presales, design scalable, secure, and delivery-ready solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, and collaborate with sales, delivery, and alliance teams to shape opportunities from discovery through delivery handover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience in IT services, consulting, or SI environments.
• Proven presales, solution-architecture, or cloud-transformation track record.
• Strong Microsoft platform expertise across Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Security and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales solutioning for Microsoft Cloud and cross-stack transformation opportunities across Europe.
• Perform client discovery workshops; translate requirements into practical architectures.
• Own or contribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ, proposals, bid defenses, and technical responses.
• Design commercially viable solutions with defined scope, assumptions, and risks.
