Job summary

Xebia Poland is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Architect / Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to drive solution design and bid management across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will lead cross-functional teams, craft compelling technical narratives, and translate client requirements into actionable cloud architectures.

You will collaborate with sales and delivery, ensure security and compliance, and travel as needed for client workshops and key meetings. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software development and 5+ years in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
• Proven experience in pre-sales, bid management, and proposal or RFP/RFI creation.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, pricing models, and cost estimation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and client expectations.
• Experience with high-security and data-protection requirements.
• Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2+).
• Willingness to travel for client workshops, presentations, and key meetings.

Responsibilities

• actively participating in pre-sales and bid processes, including solution design, effort estimation, and risk assessment,
• leading technical offers by orchestrating cross-functional solution teams,
• co-authoring proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs in alignment with client requirements and delivery models,
• collaborating with sales teams and stakeholders to build strong technical narratives and value propositions,
• designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP,
• defining migration strategies and high-level architectures in cooperation with cloud-specialized architects,
• leading discovery and solution design workshops and translating requirements into actionable architectures,
• ensuring security, compliance, and technical feasibility of proposed solutions throughout the pre-sales cycle
