Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd. seeks a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category.

You will drive the full concept-to-performance loop, generating angles, boosting production volume, and running structured tests with clear, data-driven outcomes. You will be the primary performance lever, with responsibility for CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS, working alongside the User Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription products.
• Proven track record shipping multiple concepts weekly and high-volume output.
• Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative angle strategy and testing pipeline across networks.
• Lead production velocity; write clear briefs for designers.
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with User Acquisition Managers and conduct competitor research.
