Job summary

The role supports global objectives across Large Corporates & Institutions and Business Customers, operating in a hybrid work environment with in-office days to promote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in credit within a bank environment.
• Knowledge of end-to-end credit processes for business customers.
• Familiarity with financial risk management including regulatory and credit risk.
• Technical skills with interest in process automation and digital tools.
• Experience or interest in building standardised processes and governance frameworks.
• Relevant educational background in finance or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Execute control testing of credit cases following the planned annual work programme.
• Collect data for relevant reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Identify specific and structural issues, supporting solutions that strengthen credit risk culture.
• Contribute to standardisation and automation of control testing processes.
• Support development of governance frameworks for standardised control testing.
