Job summary

Danske Bank is seeking an experienced Risk Partner to support the Asset Management Partner team in Poland. You will help manage key risks for business areas, ensuring sound risk governance and proactive risk culture across incidents, assessments, product management, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across countries, influence risk awareness, and contribute to management insights for senior leadership. Fluent English and a strong analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and take initiative.
• A relevant degree in risk management, law, economics, or finance.
• Comfort with change and digital evolution in banking infrastructure.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Incident management: advise on registration and mitigation.
• Risk assessments: review RCSAs and NAPAs for key risks.
• Product management: support lifecycle governance and regulatory compliance.
• Observation management and reporting: address issues with Compliance and Internal Audit.
• Policy implementation and training: ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Proactive risk advisory: promote a strong risk culture with stakeholders.
• MI reporting: support Management Insights reports for leadership.
