Job summary

ScalingCraft Solutions is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to own the ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. You will manage briefs through final files in the ad account: static, carousel, story, shopping creatives, and short AI-generated videos for ecommerce and lead-gen clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on graphic or creative design experience with ad creatives.
• Portfolio of ads that ran on Meta or Google showing results.

Responsibilities

• Own ad creative production from brief to delivery: understand the offer, the audience and the platform, research competitor ads and hooks, and decide concepts, formats and sizes.
• Design Meta Ads creatives in all formats (static, carousel, Stories, Reels, shopping) and Google Ads image assets for Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display and YouTube in every ratio; produce LinkedIn or TikTok creatives as needed.
• Produce short video ads for Reels, Stories, YouTube and Shorts: AI-generated and UGC-style with AI avatars, voiceover, product videos and motion graphics; ensure strong hooks in the first seconds.
• Generate with AI tools and finish in Adobe/Canva: Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Claude Design/Code; finalize in Premiere/AE/Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Create several concept variations for testing and refresh creatives based on performance data.
• Check every creative for sizes, safe zones, spelling, offer details, brand and policy; send daily progress updates.
