Mindful Souls is seeking an AI Creative Designer to conceptualize and produce static advertisements for Meta campaigns using AI-assisted tools. You will shape visuals that align with brand guidelines and performance goals, across feed, story, and carousel formats.

The role requires strong design fundamentals, AI tool proficiency, and the ability to iterate quickly based on performance data, while collaborating with the marketing team to meet deadlines.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in static ad design, preferably for Meta campaigns.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools, including prompt writing and image refinement.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• A portfolio demonstrating static advertising creatives, including AI-assisted designs.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and advertising performance metrics.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good to Have: Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands; basic copywriting; understanding of direct-response advertising; familiarity with A/B testing.

• Conceptualize and create high-quality static advertisements for Meta campaigns across feed, story, and carousel formats.
• Use AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, and Canva AI to develop creative concepts and generate on-brand imagery.
• Write effective AI prompts to produce relevant, high-quality visuals aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Refine and enhance AI-generated images using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or other relevant design tools.
• Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and creative experimentation.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize ad creatives based on key metrics, including CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Ensure all creative assets meet Meta advertising specifications and maintain brand consistency.
• Incorporate feedback and deliver creative assets within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated on emerging AI design tools, creative trends, and advertising best practices.
