Job summary

CEVA Logistics EE is seeking a Contract Logistics Project Expert to lead complex implementations across Eastern Europe. You will coordinate stakeholder engagement, define scope and changes, and manage budgets to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.

The role requires a university degree in logistics or transport, 10+ years of project management experience in logistics, and travel across the Eastern European region. Strong English, governance, and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics or Transportation.
• More than 10 years of project management experience within contract logistics or production companies.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and/or PMI.
• Willingness to travel for business across Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex implementation projects at EE cluster and country levels, ensuring stakeholder alignment, governance, communication, and customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and document project scope and changes, assess impacts on timelines, resources, operations, and budgets.
• Manage project financial performance, including costs and investments, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Partner with Business Development on opportunities, forecasting and customer presentations to support sales outcomes.
• Define and monitor KPIs, communicate status, and drive issue resolution and escalation as needed.
• Drive best practices in project delivery, governance, and risk management, and continuously improve methodologies.
• Ensure allocation and utilization of people and resources to deliver commitments and address escalations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, Solution Design, and other workstreams for alignment on objectives and outcomes.
• Champion corporate policies and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and organizational adoption.
