Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Contract Manager to support offshore service contracts, analyze complex agreements, and advise project teams on risks and claims. You will work in a globally distributed environment, focusing on large-scale energy projects worldwide.

The role requires strong English drafting, negotiation skills, and experience with EPC/ service contracts. Travel up to 15–20% is expected, with flexible/remoto options depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive contract and claim management experience including drafting
• Proficient in negotiating and drafting legal documents in English
• Familiar with international EPC/ construction contracts (FIDIC/Orgalime/NEC) or service contracts
• Willingness to travel 15–20% nationally/internationally
• Valuation, engineering quantification, bills of quantities, unit rates knowledge welcomed

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support for customer contracts and sub-contracts to protect rights
• Support in change orders and drafting of relevant correspondence
• Identify technical, commercial, and contractual aspects to support claim strategies
• Assist in pursuing/defending claims with project records and facts
• Collaborate with legal team to substantiate facts for quantum and extensions of time
• Perform quantum or delay analyses to establish causation for schedule impacts
