Job summary

Siemens Gamesa seeks an experienced commercial lawyer to support offshore wind projects within the Wind Power Legal & Compliance Offshore division. You will draft, review, and negotiate turbine supply and service contracts and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Fluent English is required, with 5+ years of PQE and bar membership. Willingness to travel internationally (about 30 days per year) and collaboration across diverse teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a lawyer (e.g. Advokat) in Poland or another EU jurisdiction with bar membership.
• Around 5+ years of post-qualification experience as a commercial lawyer, in-house or private practice.
• Experience in energy, construction or infrastructure sectors with exposure to international projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate high-value, complex commercial contracts for offshore wind projects.
• Provide legal advice and support throughout the project lifecycle from bidding to execution.
• Lead contractual negotiations with customers and partners to secure favorable terms and mitigate risk.
• Identify and advise on legal risks, ensuring compliance with international and national laws.
• Act as a trusted legal advisor to senior management and support claims resolution.
