Job summary

Peloton Warsaw is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Content AI to lead a team building scalable microservices powering features like search, voice, and captions across Bike, Tread, Strength, and Digital platforms.

You will design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor services, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and QA, while mentoring engineers and guiding TPM-led initiatives.

Qualifications

• MS or BS in CS, engineering or mathematics.
• 6+ years of backend software development experience.
• Expertise in Kotlin, Python, or similar languages.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, JVM/Python frameworks.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Mongo).
• Hands-on with caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
• Experience with REST, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and operate business-critical APIs and services with a focus on high availability, low latency, security and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with TPM and Product.
• Write clean, well-tested code and drive maintainability.
• Architect reusable components and patterns across teams.
