M&A Senior Consultant for Cyber Security

We are looking for a Senior Consultant in M&A focusing on cyber security to join the GDS team in Poland.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be working in M&A transaction projects and will be primarily responsible for consulting high‑class solutions and delivering IT projects in cyber security and technology areas for global companies in the US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of information security and cyber defence.
• +6 years of experience in IT project management, IT infrastructure and IT consulting roles.
• Well versed in information security regulations and law.
• Knowledge of industry‑leading standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO and CIS.
• Ability to travel and work across EU (up to 20% annually).
• Excellent written and verbal command of English (German and other European languages a plus).
• Experience with corporate transactions (due diligence, integrations, separations).
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours to collaborate with international teams (e.g., United States).

Ideal Qualifications

• University degree in IT or related field.
• Cyber security certifications.
• Experience building strong working relationships with senior clients, providing influence, advice and support to key decision makers.
• Experience in an international environment, especially with US and UK.
