Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Cyber Security SME in Warsaw to conduct in-depth assessments of existing security tools and their effectiveness against insider threats. You will analyze gaps, provide prioritized recommendations, and support implementation with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires at least five years in Cyber Security, hands-on threat detection experience, and strong risk management skills, especially in the EU financial sector, with fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Cyber Security.
• Proven experience working as a Cyber Security SME within a large-scale Insider Threat Program.
• Hands-on experience with multiple Cyber Security tools related to threat detection, monitoring, and protection.
• Strong technical and risk management expertise in cyber security environments.
• Documented professional experience in the financial sector within the EU.
• Experience working with technical security documentation.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Very good command of English (oral and written).

• Conduct a documented assessment of existing Cyber Security tools and their effectiveness in preventing, detecting, and protecting against insider threats
• Analyse current security capabilities and identify gaps in internal threat monitoring and response mechanisms
• Provide clear recommendations for improvements and prioritise required adjustments
• Support the implementation of recommended changes and enhancements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical security controls and organisational risk management requirements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to the assessment and proposed improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Cyber Security, preferably in large enterprise environments
• Proven experience working as a Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert within a large-scale Insider Threat Program
• Hands-on experience with multiple Cyber Security tools related to threat detection, monitoring, and protection
• Strong technical and risk management expertise in cyber security environments
• Documented professional experience in the financial sector within the EU
• Experience working with technical security documentation
• Experience in banking or financial institutions
• Very good command of English (oral and written)

Nice to have:

• Cyber Security certifications or formal education in the cyber security domain
• Experience working as an IT Security Architect
• Experience in Project Management within cyber security initiatives
