Job summary

Syncron seeks a Senior Consultant to join our growing EMEA team. This client-facing role combines strong consulting skills, business understanding and technical knowledge to help customers optimise aftermarket logistics and service parts operations.

You will work closely with customers, Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Engineering and Professional Services to deliver value through Syncron's technology, shaping solutions and driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, professional services or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS/software/technology environments.
• Experience in supply chain planning and inventory management.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from discovery through solution design, implementation and value realisation.
• Understand customers' business processes, challenges, objectives and strategic priorities.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions using Syncron’s products.
• Provide domain expertise across supply chain planning and inventory management for service parts.
• Analyse customer data to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Develop recommendations, business cases and roadmaps demonstrating value.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations with customer stakeholders at operational and senior levels.
