We seek a Senior Implementation Consultant to own customer implementations from kickoff to completion, leveraging supply chain expertise and strong project management skills.

You will work closely with customers to understand requirements, configure solutions, provide training, and ensure meaningful value from the platform across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing consulting, implementation, or project management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and challenges.
• Experience with supply chain risk management is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to successful completion, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
• Translate customer requirements into effective configurations and implementation plans.
• Provide customer training and guidance to maximise platform value.
• Act as trusted advisor using supply chain expertise to provide practical recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
