Job summary

Syncron seeks an EazyStock Consultant to implement cloud-based inventory optimization for global SME customers. You will learn the product, engage in customer-facing activities, and support business development while developing complex business-oriented software solutions through presentations, data analysis, documentation and reporting.

You will conduct workshops, train users and mentor junior consultants within a hybrid, international team environment.

Qualifications

• It indicates IT or SCM degree from a Polytechnic or University.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document requirements.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Office; basic SQL knowledge and relational databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; presentation skills preferred.
• Fluent English in spoken and written form.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing and documenting customer requirements.
• Proposing solutions to supply chain problems.
• Identifying customer needs and suggesting extensions and services.
• Configuring EazyStock to fulfill customer’s needs.
• Modeling the supply chain and fine-tuning parameters.
• Testing configuration and ensuring business alignment.
• Delivering workshops & user training.
• Managing and supporting existing customers.
• Supporting the pre-sales process.
• Setting up demonstrative accounts.
• Inventory data analysis.
• Preparing ROI presentations.
• Reporting enhancement ideas and bugs to Product Management.
• Mentoring junior consultants.
