Job summary

Sollers Consulting GmbH in Poland is seeking an experienced IT project leader to join our consulting or implementation teams serving financial institutions, especially insurers. You will coordinate large Agile implementations and occasionally act as a project lead, team leader, or Scrum role, mentoring others.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT projects for finance, deep insurance domain knowledge, strong analytical skills, and excellent English (C1).

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional IT project experience in the financial sector.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong English, C1 level.
• Ability to work in Poland and the EU on a full-time basis.
• Understanding of insurance/bancassurance processes.

About the requirements. You need:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment.
• Understanding how insurance companies or banks work, having comprehensive, in-depth understanding of relevant processes and business models.
• Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations.
• Team management skills – distributing work, communicating effectively, fostering cooperation and maintaining a shared vision – and taking responsibility for team results.
• To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems.
• Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to ensure the quality of your team’s deliverables.
• Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.
• At least a bachelor’s degree.
• Great command of English language, at least C1 level.

• Experience working in implementation-related or strategic consulting, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance.
• Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with the client stakeholders and C-Level representatives.
• Good knowledge of German or French.
• While having the main office in Warsaw, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time.
