Job summary

Sollers Consulting GmbH is seeking an experienced pricing analytics professional to join our finance/insurance pricing practice in Poland. You will design and implement pricing models, work with actuaries, pricing analysts, and engineers, and help migrate pricing tariffs in modern engines.

Strong collaboration with business teams and international clients is required. You will apply GLMs, predictive modeling, and machine learning to pricing data, develop risk models, and support pricing platform

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in insurance pricing, actuarial modeling, or pricing analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics, statistics, data science or related field.
• Good understanding of GLMs, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with insurance pricing data and building risk models.
• Practical experience with Python or R for data analysis and model development.

About the requirements. You need:

• Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
• Work closely with actuaries, pricing analysts, software engineers, solution architects, and business teams.
• Design, build, and maintain risk and pricing models.
• Develop, migrate, and configure pricing tariffs and models in modern pricing engines.
• Automate pricing processes and support tariff management within pricing platforms.
• Support insurers in implementing and optimizing modern pricing solutions.

About the wishes. Nice to haves:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in insurance pricing, actuarial modeling, or pricing analytics.
• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics, statistics, data science or any related field.
• Good understanding of GLMs, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience working with insurance pricing data and building risk models.
• Practical experience with Python or R for data analysis and model development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Great command of the English language (at least C1), being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers.
• Understanding of Agile ways of working.
• Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.
