Job summary

Skyways Technics A/S Poland component repair workshop is seeking a Production Planner to plan, coordinate, and monitor repair activities from induction to final release, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient use of manpower, materials, and tooling.

The role requires collaboration with multiple departments and adherence to Part-145 requirements, with a minimum of 3 years in production planning and strong Excel/ERP experience. Fluency in English is expected, and the position is based in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Production Planning, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of production planning principles within manufacturing, maintenance, or component repair.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP software.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, or production planning software.
• Ability to analyze production data and generate planning reports.
• Knowledge of aviation maintenance processes and Part-145 is advantageous.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term production plans for workshop activities.
• Plan and prioritize repair work based on commitments, capacity, and priorities.
• Coordinate workflow between departments including Sheet Metal, Composite, Paint, and Logistics.
• Monitor work orders and ensure repairs stay on schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Track KPIs and produce regular production status reports for management.
• Support continuous improvement to improve flow, productivity, and planning accuracy.
