Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited in Warszawa, Poland, is seeking a Senior Data Architect to guide data & analytics projects and lead technical design for Core Data Assets and Data Products. You will collaborate with data scientists, analytics leads, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires strong data modeling, cloud data platforms (Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory), SQL, Python, and BI tooling (Tableau/PowerBI), plus experience leading data engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, preferably in a consumer goods context.
• Proven data architecture and data engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership for scalable Core Data Assets and Data Products.
• Mentor data engineers and collaborate with data scientists, analytics leads and engineers.
• Deliver data as a product with well-integrated, reusable data models.
• Lead data ingestion, pipelines, governance and data quality practices.
