Solera Corporation is seeking a Collection Specialist Level 3 to manage the most challenging and high-value accounts, driving recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships. You will analyze data, negotiate settlements, and guide junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes compliance with applicable laws, escalation when needed, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize collections outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of collections experience.
• Fluent English and French (minimum B2/C1).
• MS Office fluency (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of applicable collection laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to address complex issues and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Handle complex, high-value delinquent accounts and document all activities.
• Negotiate settlements, discounts, or extended terms with customers.
• Maintain detailed records ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate issues to management as needed and identify high-risk accounts.
• Analyze accounts to identify trends and inform collection strategies.
• Generate collection reports and provide insights for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and other relevant laws.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
