Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Project Manager CNS for a remote role open to Central/ Eastern Europe. You will own study delivery from start-up through closeout, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with vendors and clients to meet quality, timeline, and budget goals.

You will apply strong project management, financial, and regulatory knowledge (ICH/GCP) while traveling as needed, to ensure successful global clinical development programs and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field.
• PM certification or equivalent experience in clinical projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in CNS trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Phase I-IV trials from start-up to closeout.
• Drive planning, execution, tracking, and risk management to meet timelines and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners for seamless delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage resources, identify gaps, and create contingency plans.
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to revenue targets.
• Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts across global teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements and SOPs.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and quality.
