People More is seeking a Senior CMP / M2M Consultant focused on Security & ENS Certification. The role involves assessing certification requirements for the CMP environment, performing gap analyses, and guiding migration efforts.

Senior CMP / M2M Consultant – Security & ENS Certification

Hello,

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior CMP / M2M Consultant – Security & ENS Certification.

Your duties will include:

• Assess the ENS certification and security requirements applicable to the Managed Connectivity solution.
• Translate these requirements into technical, operational, and process requirements for the new CMP environment.
• Perform gap analyses and define the measures needed to address identified gaps.
• Lead or support the implementation of the required changes within the ongoing CMP migration.
• Define and implement processes and prepare the required documentation.
• Support ENS certification and audit activities from start to finish.
• Consider additional requirements, such as NIS2, CRA, and ISO 27001, where applicable.
• Collaborate with the internal Managed Connectivity team on product-specific and technical matters.

Requirements that must be met:

• Strong hands-on experience in Managed Connectivity / M2M.
• Practical experience working with Connectivity Management Platforms (CMP).
• A solid understanding of the technical and operational aspects of M2M connectivity platforms.
• Practical knowledge of ENS requirements and the ability to apply them in a technical environment.
• Ability to translate security and certification requirements into concrete technical, operational, and process changes.
• Experience performing gap analyses, preparing documentation, and supporting audits and certification processes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a project workstream.
• Strong leadership skills
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience migrating or implementing CMP platforms.
• Knowledge of NIS2, CRA, and ISO 27001 in the context of Managed Connectivity services.
