Job summary

Sabre is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer in Kraków to uphold reliability of the Reservations suite, lead on-call rotations, and drive automated delivery and high-quality releases. You will build observability solutions, mentor teams, and work across US, Poland and India to ensure excellent customer experience.

Hybrid work arrangement in Kraków (3 days in office) with a focus on SRE best practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure in GCP.

Qualifications

• GCP knowledge and cloud-native practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Collaborative work across teams and organizations.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tooling.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Lead incident bridges and postmortems for major outages.
• Review and monitor changes to maintain stability and address risk.
• Build and maintain monitoring/alerting in GCP and other tools.
• Mentor teams on reliability and best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and prod readiness.
